MODEL 250 AFP Wood Chipper

The largest PTO-driven unit in our range specifically built to meet all your chipping requirements. An ULTRA-WIDE in-feed opening allows operators to chip material with side branches, reducing prep time. Two extremely powerful and sharp feed rollers fitted with PARKER hydraulic motors bite into material ensuring optimum production. The chipper and tractor are protected by an electronic reversing auto-feed system which ensures that the machine cannot be over-fed. The hydraulic lift cylinder gives the operator the ultimate control—improving efficiency by crushing side branches and allowing the top feed roller to climb onto large logs with ease. The 250 AFP wood chipper can be supplied on a 3-point base plate or on a 40kmph trailer with leaf springs. The foldable feed tray comes standard and assists the operator to place large amounts of small material into the opening of the wood chipper while creating a safer working distance.
