The acquisition of the TOMCAT 200 AFE woodchipper marks an exciting milestone for the business and significantly strengthens our ability to process woody material efficiently and responsibly which minimizes wastage.

With a chipping capacity of up to 200 mm diameter, the machine enables Earth Matters to convert invasive alien vegetation, forestry residues and green waste into valuable biomass products while reducing waste and on-site fuel loads.

For our team, the investment represents more than simply purchasing equipment, it is a commitment to delivering professional, reliable and environmentally responsible services throughout the Western Cape.

"We chose the TOMCAT 200 AFE because of its proven reliability, impressive production capacity and suitability for the demanding conditions we work in. The machine aligns perfectly with our vision of providing practical environmental solutions while creating value from biomass that would otherwise go to waste," says Lana du Toit, Owner of Earth Matters. Lana has worked with TOMCAT woodchippers for nearly the last decade alongside other projects and her brand loyalty towards TOMCAT woodchippers has been earned by product specialists who cares for their brand as much as their clients.

As Earth Matters continues to grow, we remain committed to helping clients manage their land sustainably while contributing to healthier ecosystems and more resilient landscapes.
